Cindy
Receptionist and Front Desk Coordinator

Cindy will most likely be the person you speak with on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment. Once you arrive at our office, Cindy will be the first one to greet you. She will assist you with your registration process using our new, innovative, “Patient-Pad,” eliminating the need for pens, paper and clipboards! Cindy can answer any general questions that you have or direct you to the appropriate member of our staff to fully address all of your concerns.

A native Floridian and Grandma to 6 (you’d never know!), Cindy has been a member of our team for more than 12 years.

Tharyn
Medical Assistant

Tharyn provides quality patient care and continuity for you by assisting Dr. Levens in the exam room throughout your entire experience from your initial consultation through your transformation and recovery. She will be your comforter and advocate as she helps obtain your medical history and physical examination and prepares you for surgery. For breast augmentation patients, she will help to choose just the right breast implants for you. Obtaining photographs, helping with dressings and suture removal and assisting with all injections and minor office surgery, Tharyn will assure your comfort.

A native of Brazil, she speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. Tharyn has recently returned to school to obtain her license in Massage Therapy, a skill we know she can put to use in our Med Spa.

Deirdre
Aesthetician

If you are having a facial procedure or are just interested in having beautiful skin, you will want to get to know Deirdre. Deirdre is our licensed, clinical Aesthetician who is trained in corrective skin care. Having worked in the field for more than 20 years, including as an instructor, Deirdre is well versed in all aspects of skincare. If you are having a surgical procedure, Deirdre will make sure you are preparing your skin with an individualized home-care regimen preop, then postop assist with early lymphatic massage and the best protective and camouflage makeup. Finally she will customize a maintenance regimen to help keep your results long lasting. For those choosing non-surgical options with Dr. Levens, Deirdre’s anti-aging treatments, including microdermabrasion and chemical peels, can erase many of the damaging effects of sun, pollution and aging.

In her role as Director of the Levens Med Spa, Deirdre coordinates all of the other Spa services, including Laser treatments, massage therapy, special occasion make-up, permanent makeup, and waxing. Deirdre is also a Cosmetic tattoo artist (think “Wake up with makeup”) and is equally gifted both with tattoo and a make-up brush!

Deirdre is a native New Yorker, a longtime Florida resident and proud mother of one.

Diana
Patient Care Coordinator and Senior Medical Assistant

Following your private consultation with Dr. Levens, you will met with Diana to further discuss the procedure or procedures you are contemplating, answer any additional questions, give you an exact price quote and discuss financing options. Once you have decided to proceed, Diana will help put the plan in motion. You will work with her to schedule a surgical date and set up your pre-operative appointment. During that appointment, Diana will go over all surgical paperwork, consents, and prescriptions and help you schedule any needed preop testing or medical clearance appointments.

Diana, a native of Colombia, is fluent in Spanish and English and has been with Dr. Levens for more than 15 years. She is the proud mother of a teenage boy.

Linda
Office Manager

The most senior member of our team is our Office Manager Linda. While her primary responsibilities include billing, collection, accounts payable and receivable, she’s also involved with our marketing and website ventures. Linda has been with Dr. Levens from the start and is our “go-to” staff member for any and all issues. You might speak to her on the phone when scheduling an appointment, meet with her following your consultation with Dr. Levens when our Patient Care Coordinator is busy or discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Linda is a native Floridian, the mother of two college-aged children and the happily married wife of Dr. Levens for nearly 27 years.
