Here’s the bottom line – fillers may not be the answer. It could be that the results you are looking for cannot be achieved with fillers. You may need plastic surgery to achieve your results, or you may need a combination of surgery and injectables. But if you don’t choose a plastic surgeon, you may not get the right advice. If a provider can’t perform surgery, he is not going to recommend it as the right treatment for you.
