Explant Mastopexy #41346

The patient, a 66-year-old female weighing 160 lbs, underwent an explant mastopexy procedure two months ago. She had a history of silicone implants for six years with findings of implant rupture. The preoperative image shows the presence of the implants with noticeable volume and positioning issues. In the postoperative image taken two months after surgery, the implants have been successfully removed, and a breast lift is evident. The breast contour appears more elevated and natural without the previous implant volume. This case illustrates the surgical changes following an explant mastopexy in addressing implant-related concerns and achieving desired anatomical adjustments.
