Case Notes
Two months after implant replacement combined with mastopexy, you can see the nipple-areola complexes sitting higher on the breast mound compared to the before photo, where they were positioned lower and pointing downward. This procedure addresses two things at once: the existing implants are removed and replaced, and excess skin is excised to reposition the breast tissue and nipple-areola complex. The after photo shows the breasts sitting higher on the chest wall with the nipples pointing forward. Healing at two months is still ongoing, so scar maturation continues beyond this point. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent. Tap the heart ❤️ to keep this one on your shortlist for consultation.
