The patient, a 20-year-old male weighing 160 lbs, underwent excision and liposuction for Type 3 gynecomastia, along with areolar reduction. The post-operative images taken three months after the procedure demonstrate noticeable changes. Before the procedure, the patient exhibited excess glandular tissue and enlarged areolas characteristic of Type 3 gynecomastia. In the after photos, there is a visible reduction in breast prominence and areolar size. The chest contour appears more defined and symmetrical. These images illustrate the physical alterations achieved through surgical intervention without implying any specific outcomes beyond the observed anatomical changes.
