The patient, a 54-year-old female with a pre-operative bra size of D, underwent a breast reduction procedure using a superomedial technique. Four months post-operation, her bra size is now C. The images illustrate the changes in breast size and contour achieved through the procedure. The post-operative photograph shows a noticeable reduction in breast volume and an alteration in shape. The patient's weight at the time of documentation is 193 lbs. These visual outcomes are consistent with the surgical objective of reducing breast size.
