Breast Reduction #41235

The patient, a 58-year-old female weighing 144 lbs, underwent a breast reduction procedure using the anchor technique. Pre-operatively, her bra size was D, and post-operatively it is C. The after photo, taken two months post-surgery, shows reduced breast volume and improved symmetry. The nipples appear to be repositioned higher on the chest wall. Scarring consistent with the anchor technique is visible but healing appropriately. The overall contour of the breasts appears more proportionate to her body frame. These observations are based on visual assessment from the provided images before and after the procedure.
