This 40-year-old patient, weighing 116 lbs, had breast implants in place for eight years before deciding to have them removed. The goal was explantation combined with a mastopexy to lift and reshape the breast tissue without implants. Both procedures were performed together in a single operation. The after photo is taken at three months post-op, and you can see the mastopexy incision lines still maturing at that point, which is expected at this stage of healing.
