This 34-year-old patient underwent a breast augmentation with lift, utilizing 385cc silicone gel implants moderate plus profile. The pre-operative bra size was C, and the post-operative size is D. The implants used were of moderate plus profile. The images display the patient six weeks post-operation. Notable changes include increased volume and enhanced symmetry in the breast contour. The lift component has addressed previous ptosis, providing a more elevated appearance. The incision lines are healing appropriately, as observed in the after photo. Overall, the procedure has resulted in an observable increase in breast fullness and positioning, aligning with the surgical plan and patient’s anatomical considerations.
