The patient, a 41-year-old individual weighing 137 lbs, underwent breast augmentation using Mentor Boost moderate plus silicone gel implants. Pre-operatively, the patient had a bra size of B. Post-operatively, at five months, the bra size increased to D. The before-and-after images demonstrate an increase in breast volume and projection. The post-operative image shows a more pronounced contour and symmetry compared to the pre-operative state. The use of silicone gel implants contributed to achieving these changes.
