Breast Augmentation #37381

The patient, a 32-year-old female weighing 130 lbs, underwent breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants. The procedure involved Sientra smooth round moderate plus 335cc implant on the right and a 325cc implant on the left, both placed submuscularly via an inframammary incision. Pre-operatively, the patient had an A cup size, which increased to a C cup post-operatively. The images depict changes observed two months after surgery, highlighting increased volume and symmetry in the breast contour. The use of Sientra implants contributed to achieving the desired augmentation results. The surgical approach facilitated enhanced proportionality while maintaining a natural appearance consistent with the patient's anatomical structure.
