The patient, a 50-year-old female with a pre-operative bra size of B, underwent breast augmentation using Sientra cohesive gel implants. The procedure involved the placement of 405cc implants moderate plus in a submuscular position. Five months post-operatively, the patient's bra size increased to D. The before-and-after images demonstrate an enhancement in breast volume and contour. Notably, there is visible improvement in fullness and projection in the post-operative image compared to the initial state. The use of highly cohesive gel implants contributes to the observed shape and stability over this period. These images effectively illustrate the procedural outcomes at five months following surgery.
