"How can I reduce signs of aging?" Licensed aesthetician Cheryl Gantz Levens Skin Care Clinic, says that's the #1question clients ask.
Her advice: Have glycolic peels regularly to reduce fine lines and hyperpigmation; drink lots of water; avoid direct sun; stop smoking, and eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

Facials, she says, don't reduce signs of aging per se, but they do relieve stress which can age the skin. A facial also deeply cleanses and hydrates the skin in a way that creates a smoother texture and fresher appearance.
Cheryl says another popular question is "How can I prevent dry skin?" Her advice: Use a hypoallergenic moisturizer with little or no alcohol content or perfumes, which can cause break-outs. Wear sunscreen with both UVA and UVB protection. Use lotion cleanser, not bar soap, and never sleep or shower wearing foundation.
