A Tale of Two Ladies.

Janet Larkin and her daughter Mary,
are only half the women they used to be.
Literally.
After bariatric surgery, Janet lost 150 pounds; Mary lost 140. They
then came to Dr. Levens for a series of cosmetic surgery procedures
to remove excess skin and reshape their smaller bodies. Janet, 54, had
an armlift and breast lift. Mary, 28, had a tummy tuck, liposuction,
breast lift and implants.
"Before, we would have to wear anything that fit," they say. "Now, we
can wear anything we want . . . sleeveless tops, straight skirts, bathing
suits."
The Coral Springs women say they decided to have the body makeovers
after meeting with Dr. Levens "and getting his very straightforward
opinion about what the outcomes would be. We saw two other plastic surgeons

no pressure or exaggeration."
Was all the effort and expense worth it?
"It sure was," says Mary. "The change in both of us is dramatic, not
only physically, but in terms of self esteem and self-confidence. We
both struggled with weight problems all our lives. The bariatric surgery,
plus exercise and healthier eating, resolved the weight issue. But we
didn't have the figures we had dreamed of having until we had the cosmetic
surgery procedures."

continues along the underside of the upper arm. This means the
incision will not be visible when the arms are in a normal resting
